Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F
Cook and strain meat. Place it back in the pan and mix in pasta sauce until heated through. I like adding an additional tablespoon of italian seasoning here. Feel free to omit if you walk on the plainer side of the food palate.
Line the bottoms of your slider buns in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle a small layer of cheese on the bread. Place a good amount of meat on top of these. Remember, they’re Sloppy Joe’s cousin, so feel free to really pile it on there. Sprinkle another layer of cheese on top.
Melt butter and stir in garlic powder.
Place the tops of the slider buns on and use a sauce spreader device (Pictured below recipe) to spread the garlic butter mixture on the tops.
Place in the preheated oven just until the tops of the bread start getting firm to the touch. About 5-10 minutes.
